Registration for the 2010 fall athletic season for both middle and high school student athletes will take place on Thursday, August 19, 2010 and Tuesday, August 24, 2010 from 6pm-8pm in the high school gym lobby. A walk in registration will be held on Wednesday, August 25, 2008 from 9am to noon in the nurseÂ’s office.

The Quabbin Athletic Health Information Form as well as the Massachusetts School Health Record is available for download at the Quabbin Regional High School web site, www.qrsd.org (Athletic page) and information must be brought to the sign-ups.

Athletes must have all completed forms on file in the health office. Participation Fees are $80 for Middle School athletes and $120 for High School athletes. Fees for students who receive free and reduced lunch are waived. The Participation Fee must be paid prior to participating in athletic tryouts. Please make checks payable to QRSD and one check per student. CASH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Please call the athletic or nurseÂ’s office at 978-355-4651 with any questions.
